Replacement Service

Lifepx offers a one-year complimentary replacement service for any product component lost or damaged under normal use.

If an item requires repair within the first year, we are committed to providing this service free of charge, with shipping costs covered by the customer. Our goal is to keep your decor looking as beautiful as the day it arrived!

Return & Refund Policy for Custom Handmade Products

Custom handmade products are made to order and are unique to each customer. Due to the custom nature of these products, returns are not accepted once production has started. However, you can still cancel your order before production begins. In case you decide to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@lifepx.com

Before shipping, we will confirm the design with you and ensure it matches your expectations. Once the product is shipped, no refunds or returns will be accepted, except for quality issues.

For any issues related to the quality of a custom handmade product, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on lifepx.com. If you request a refund 24 hours after the order is placed but before delivery, a transaction fee will apply:

2.6% for credit card users

3.6% for PayPal users
